| - I do not go into a dealership expecting to buy a car that day, and I did not do that. My husband and I have been car shopping for about a month, and we have met some pretty slimy car dealers. We happened to see a Subaru at the mall and decided to give it a shot. While I was sleeping one afternoon (I work nights) my husband went to this dealership and spoke to Santos. Santos walked him through the different models, and listened when my husband said "Don't say the words what can I do to get you in this car" when he brings me in. Santos listened, I went in on a Saturday evening and asked a large amount of questions, and took an Outback for a test drive. Since I had to work that night, we gave Santos a list of what we wanted and figured we would hear from him in a few days. Nope, the next day we had a call from Santos and we went to the dealership. I was set on what my trade in was worth, what the new car was worth, and we made a deal. From the start to the end, these guys were great. No one pressured me, no one treated me as I was only interested in the mirrors. They listened, and answered my questions. I have since recommended them to many friends, and will continue to praise them.
