  • Was very disappointed with the product and the service. The experience: Me and my wife went in around 9pm on wednesday. The three employees seemed to be having a good time laughing, screaming, running around, and action foolish with a customer I can only guess was another employee or one of their friends. It honestly wouldnt have been that big of a deal had it not come to the cost of us and the 2 other customers waiting in line to be served. They did not greet us when we came in, didn't ask if we have been there before, or if we needed help deciding anything. (This was our first time be at a place like this where they freeze it right in front of you, which is cool). They just keep screwing around. When it came time to finally help us they just continued having their own conversation and jokes right in front of us and the young man who I can assume was the supervisor that night didnt seem to care about any of it and at times entertained it. When we left we didn't want to stay and enjoy the ice cream, we just wanted to leave. The product: The perforations we way off! I had gotten a medium and my wife got a small. She ended up getting more ice cream than I did. Just by looking at mine you could see it was half full while hers had been pack and stacked. (I will include a picture of mine beforeIi even touched it) For the price I would have expected more. The taste was dull, it was just like milk and the flavored dye they put in is less than desirable. We were not satisfied in the least bit which is a shame becase we were so excited for an ice cream shop to open so close to our home.
