  • I have lived at CV since September 2015. I renewed for June and found the renewal process easy - and I was pleased with my renewal rate. My rent went up the standard cost of living rate. Since I work next door, location has been a great bonus and at the right price I hope to live here several years yet. It has been a positive community experience as the office staff are amazing (Sunny is the queen of customer service.) The maintenance staff are the best I've ever experienced (Harry and Tim are great!) Keep in mind, these reviews are just opinions based on personal experience. The best way to decide if you want to move in is to visit the complex and experience CV for yourself.
