This store has the best selection of clothes compared to the other Rhapsodille's in town, but that's about it. The dressing rooms were super filthy, there's no fitting room attendant, so everyone that needs one will just barge into your room while your stark naked. And it happened to me 3 times in the span of 20 minutes.
The sales people don't talk to you or try to help. This place is a pretty much self serve and if you have questions you might as well keep them to yourself, cause no one seems to know what's going on. I originally came in to buy a friend a b-day gift, but I truly wished I had known about their unfriendly return policy, before I purchasing. Their return/ store policies might just be the worst in the history of retail. Seriously...
After my purchase for I read on the receipt that I only had 7 days to exchange the items and because my friend is leaving town this same week I had to rush her to come right back to the store the same week so she wouldn't be assed out of her b-day gift. This exchange literally took half our day for many reasons, the main reason being the store is clear across the other side of town.
After trying on the clothes they only allowed holds for 2 hours so we rushed back home got the return came back and when we thought we were almost done the store STILL owed us money, but wouldn't give us back the 2 lousy dollars, so we searched for another piece of clothing and I ended up spending an additional 20.00 on a jacket for myself so I could finish the exchange. Ughhhh...
All I gotta say is that when stores decide to keep your money the best policy they can do by you is be upfront about it so you can decide if the purchase will be a stress free one.
