  • I have traveled a lot in my lifetime and I have rented a lot of cars. I have to say that this is not only the best vehicle I have ever rented in my price range, but the simplicity of the entire process is superb. Excellent customer service. Even offered a cold bottle of water on a hot day. I am particularly fond of the core concept of the company: one car, one color, one process. It's much better to be excellent at one thing, than to be mediocre at a bunch of things. The Audi A4 I rented was stellar. So much fun to drive and stylish as hell. Each time I valet parked in Las Vegas, the valet would keep the car near the front door. I learned valets do this to keep important customers happy, and to be able to more easily serve them. Would absolutely recommend this company and will certainly be using them frequently again in the future.
