This is the BEST gym I have been too! For starters the trainers are so welcoming and have great energy when walking in. You get the break down to the stations / workouts (which do not go repeated by the way) and start warming up for, honestly the toughest but most rewarding work out! You get just the right amount of time to give it your all and take a couple seconds to get yourself together to move on to the next workout! The trainers are there helping you with your formation, getting the equipment together if help needed, pushing you to let you know you can make it threw the last seconds, and like me who with certain workouts am unable to perform, they help you moderate the workout to where you are still working out the certain body part that is focused on. By the time the 45 minutes are over (which honestly goes by like it would have been 20 min.) all you see is people smiling, sweating, high-fiving and congratulating each other for getting it done! Let me also add that Saturdays there is a live DJ! I also want to end by shouting out Monica and Vasilis for always having a great attitude and cheering you on until the very last second!
