  • I don't know how it is possible but I went into the car wash with my car being about 30% dirty and exited the car wash with my car being 50% dirty. My windows are all smudgy with the dirty brush that they scrubbed my car down with previous to going into the automated carwash. Also water spots all over the mirrors and windshield and actual surfaces of the car makes me believe that the dryer at the end of the washing Tonnele does not dry your car completely. I signed up for the $29 a month cancel at any time plan, I will give them a few more tries to see if the wash quality will vary, if they do not I will cancel my membership. -was excited but now disappointed *update* Second Wash Way Better (5 Stars) The first time I went was apparently a fluke. The second time I went there was a team of people to greet and scrub and make the monthly membership worth it and more! My windows didn't haven't any dirty water smears and the hot wax smells awesome! **you guys should get a clean the exterior window after the wash person! I'd gladly pay extra for that!!**
