  • I had been here about four times and was always reasonably satisfied. That all changed last week. When I went to get in my car after it was done, The dash, passenger seat, door panels, and floorboards were still dirty. When I told the manager, he actually yelled at me, seeing that the woman who did my car was an assistant manager and she doesn't make mistakes. He called her over and she said the door panels couldn't be cleaned because they were stained. I asked her for the towel and, right in front of her, wiped them down. The manager had walked away by that time and she gave me a dirty look and walked away too. I can deal with mistakes, but I don't think there's any excuse for treating people the way I was treated at Green Valley car wash. I felt like asking for my five dollar tip back, which I had given before I looked at the inside of the car. Live and learn - ha! Definitely will not be returning.
