  • My son and I decided to seek services from AZ Tenants after reading over the very helpful articles on their website, and I am so happy that we did. My son has lived in his apartment with no heat and now no air since he moved in on Dec. 12, 2012. The media and attorney's were no help since he isn't worthy for any news station to help, on his side my foot, and he works hard to have a comfortable life of a 23 year old. He paid rent on time and never had one notice. Once I found out the living conditions I sought out help and AZ Tenants were the only ones who gave my son any hope to get out of this hell. They are honest and doesn't pull punches. If you need help or just want answers to your situation, and can't afford that attorney at $250 an hour then AZ Tenants is the way to go. If you have any issues with your landlord check out the website first, read over the articles whether you just want information, or you'd like to have the knowledge for the future then you'll find the website helpful. When and if you call with additional questions or to set an appointment, you'll find helpful, caring, honest people that are there for you. If you are honest with them, respect and listen to the advice given you'll come out a winner. If you, like myself in the beginning, are looking to handle the situation on your own, you do have the option of getting the correct documents from AZ Tenants website. You won't get what the court gives which are confusing papers where some parts are not for your issues and if you do it wrong then you have to start over again. This was my mistake, and since as I found out, you ask a court clerk anything, they do NOT know the law, or much else and can not help, and really don't try, For my son's situation we needed the service that AZ Tenants are so great at, and now my son is on his way to a better tomorrow..
