  • We moved in at the end of February. Our new resident checklist was read and followed up on within a week. We have a north facing apartment and so far it's been great. We live near a yappy little dog but otherwise the complex is quiet. The only two things that I don't like are those AWFUL speed bumps, and lack of visitor parking (all are always taken up by residents with a second car). Still, it's the nicest place I've lived in since I moved to AZ 11 years ago.
