  • Worst Customer Service experience of my life. Was treated extremely rude, disrespected, and unprofessionally when working with Hannah, a Sales Associate at Spritz's. The engraving on my wife's wedding ring was damaged during it's repair & resizing. Hannah had a major attitude and was not at all about making sure we had a good experience. I had to interject in the business transaction and ask her to please leave the transaction, and that I had never been treated so horribly in my life in a place of business. I received a call from the owner 4 days after, who did offer a brief apology for our experience. The experience was one of a kind, and one that I would not want anyone who reads this to experience. All in all I would highly recommend that you bring your business else ware! Side note: PLEASE don't forget to read the unrecommended reviews below (a little greyed out link). All 1 star reviews. Actually there are 15 total reviews (including those) with avg rating of 1.8 Stars. Just FYI.
