  • Parker & Sons were at my house yesterday from 7 am to 8 pm!!! There are not enough thank you's to give to Carlos Martinez, Giovanni Goulbourne, Scott Snow and Gabriel Carranza!!! These men - and their A/C Installation skills - are my heroes!!! We have been without A/C in the hot Arizona 3 digit temperatures for 6 days, f***** around with my da*n Choice Home Warranty and the company they sent, just for them to take my money and say "oh it's broke, but we can't fix it because the warranty company won't pay since it's not covered" .... What!!!!! So after the 5th day of back and forth I asked Google and I found Parker & Sons. They came out same evening, told me what needs to get done, and the next morning they were here 7 am sharp, like they said they would, and installed 2 A/C systems until in the evening at almost 8 pm. These men were so professional and hard working, and after they were done, they left my house so clean, you wouldn't even know there was a "construction type site" earlier throughout my house. I am so impressed with this company and the men they sent out, that I'll never f*** around with noone else when it comes to my A/C, let alone with a home warranty company. So done with that sh*t!!! Thank you Carlos, Giovanni, Scott and Gabriel!!! You are true heros!!! God bless your A/C skills, you, your families and this company!!!!!
