  • Well where do I Start, I contact Prolite to replace my windshield there window technician dented the top of my vehicle, I sent them the pictures of the damage and have been given the run around for 2 weeks going onto our 3rd now. With no straight answer if there are going to man up and simply repair my vehicle its a 2014 Ford Explore, its new to me, I bought it new with no dent or damages on it or before. Which there window tech, agreed when I handed them my keys. Please inspected your vehicle closely Ladies or have a your husband, friends or co-works. Never have them fool you into signing anything. I have done everything they have told me to do which was take it to there preferred Collision Repair shops. Now what is being determine is that the dents on my vehicle don't match up any of there tools! WHAT REALLY. (I kind of took it as your telling me that I deliberately damage my vehicle! I would NEVER do anything in that nature) Here are the pictures you tell me! I will change my review once this has been taken care of. But as of right now I'm so disappointed on how I've been getting the run around.
