  • For the record, this is the first time I have ever left an online review. This is NOT a well ran establishment. I've never felt more disrespected by a hotel manager before in my life. My room was stolen from and not a single staff member showed any concern. I will not go into the situation any further, but the manager, Edward, handled the situation with disgrace. In no way, was any professionalism displayed towards me and my guest. I've stayed at the Mardi Gras several times in the past and enjoyed my stay. However, I will no longer be returning. They have completely lost a loyal customer.
