  • The owner Lou is not very friendly at all and the lousey apprentice mechanic he has named Rafal is not very good. I don't think Lou has the business he used to have. Place looks dead now compared to the past. I won't be going back. In the past you could go into the shop area no problem and now they keep you out and have darkened windows in the office area so you can't see in. Had some rear disc brake work done there and he didn't use antiseize on the bolts which later seized up and one bolt broke off and the others needed a torch to loosen. For wheel cleaning they used a disc instead of a wire wheel which is the proper way to do it. Had to go back after the tires leaked air more than when i brought them in. Crap garage and poor customer service skills and this Lou clown claims to be an "engineer".
