  • Zara...you deserve ZERO stars. Today was my first and last visit to your store. The employees were the RUDEST, NASTIEST bunch of people in the world...I am not kidding. Not one person greeted me...I wandered around a bit and then went to the desk to ask a question. The girl behind the counter and the guy leaning over the counter looking at his phone were way too involved in their conversation to help me. I had gone in to look around and purchase a gift card. If I hadn't needed it for a gift I would have left. I asked if the gift card recipient could use it at Zara kids and she said yes go downstairs. I then asked if I could just buy it here and she was so nasty while she proceeded to ring it up...oh my. On my way out I asked another associate who the manager was. Guess what...it was the rude girl behind the counter that rang me up. Another girl approached me and asked what happened...I told her how nasty the "manager" was and I would not ever return and....while rolling her eyes...told me not to let it bother me and to shop here again...are u kidding me. Having been in retail for years I was appalled that Zara would hire and employ such clueless, snooty, pretentious people. I will never shop here again....ever!
