  • I called around 9:05pm tonight, asking for the flavors of the month in sorbet! Ditzzy (I mean Detzy) had no spirit over the phone like most of the girls do there, she dragged the conversation and would rudely interrupt when we would attempt to ask a question. She proceeded informing us the flavors and we asked if they had any in stock in the previous packaged bins they sell! She said yes we do, then informed her to check because we came in person the other night and they didn't have any. She said ok I'll check since I don't wanna lie to you! She comes back and informs us with no sympathy that they don't have any! ( what if we trusted her first instinct and went over there?? ) all the trip for nothing! Thanks Detzy for making us feel like we're not as important as the customers we are in person! Deff not coming back to that location, I will miss some of the positive girls like Sam!
