  • Jennifer and Heidi are great doctors. The office staff is horrible. Very inefficient and rude. I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes, just to call back and realize I was on hold for no reason at all. Once I actually walked into the office, I was not greeted nor told what to do to check in. Since I didn't "check in" I was considered late to my appointment and had to reschedule. The office staff will answer the phone, put people on hold, and sit on their computer and click around. I hope it is for a good reason!! I wish Heidi and Jennifer were at a different office. I love them too much to leave but it is a struggle every time I've tried to make any appointments!!!
