I came to Kay with a dear friend of mine who's engagement sadly ended. We came with the understanding she would be able to return her ring and was met with uneducated and very rude employees who completely shut her out. We explained her situation as to how abusive her ex-finance was and how she was struggling to make ends meet for her daughter, and how she needed to be done paying on her ring. They told her there was nothing they could do because she was passed her 30 day limit. She purchased this ring on January 30th, 2016 and the date of potential return date was February 22, 2016- which is not 30 days. They were not helpful or compassionate for her situation.
