rev:text	We are a 4 car family and one of us has a new car so she hasn't had her car there yet but 3 out of the other 4 of us have had bad experiences the last two to three times we've each been there and all for the same reason. They run your car through the carwash they flag you to come get your car, you look at your car and you're questioning... did you actually wash my car? Yesterday took the cake when I walked up to my car and found spots everywhere and I mean everywhere on the car. Not only was there residue from it being dirty but I watched the car come out of the car wash, I watched my car being driven to the line where they dry it and I watched as no one put a towel anywhere on the body of the car, not one time so when I walked up to get my car when it was ready it was no surprise that there were water spots all over the entire car. When I pointed out the water marks and dirt to the so-called manager or line leader he tried to tell me the marks were tree sap and that's why it did not come off. That's hysterical, tree sap is clear and sticky and this was clearly birdshit it was yellow and you can scratch it off. Besides, I do not have any trees at home and there are no trees at the work lot where the car gets parked! He then had one of the people come over with a bottle full of window cleaner and sprayed it on the paint in the hood to wipe it off, gee thanks you a**** thanks for ruining my paint I mean how inconsiderate and stupid can they be? Bottom line they did a s*** job. He then pointed to the two men at the end of the car wash tunnel and said see them, they wipe the car down and dry it when it comes out of the tunnel before we put it in line so these water spots are not from us... to which I responded, no they didn't because I stood here and watched it come out of the tunnel and watched your driver get in and put it in line and then watched it sit there for no less than 8 minutes and no one ever put one towel on the body of my car. Again so-called manager continued to dispute with me then he brought over back up because he's an idiot and they agreed with him. Of course they all back each other up because they run a shoddy business and do half-assed work there. They ended up bringing two people over to actually clean all the crap off the car and the pictures I posted here are what my car look like AFTER they went over it yet a second time. I told him I wanted my money back and they would not give me a refund. So $15 later, look at the pictures and you be the judge. I don't need to persuade anyone because pictures tell a thousand words. This car is brand new I even put the mileage on here (2,400 miles) so people could see that there's no reason for my paint to look the way it did when it came out of the car wash and to look at all the spots and the dirt residue all over the car. Jackson's position was it was my paint job and all the water spots were not from their lack of drying my car off. I cannot wait for the new Cobblestone to open up on 19th Avenue and Happy Valley I will never return to this car wash again and I will drive 12 miles to get my car washed before I ever return to a Jackson's let alone this location ever again in my lifetime. They also lost the business of all four cars in our family way to go Jackson's!!!
