  • I went in suffering mild chest pains, it actually turned out I was suffering a massive heart attack ! From the time I walked through the door to being on the operating table was a grand total of 18 minutes. After two hours of being operated on I was taken to my own room, with my own nurse (who was fantastic) and made comfortable. The next day it was back down for another surgery. the whole time the hospital kept my family up to date with information so they knew what was going on. I spent the next 5 days recovering from the surgery, I was supposed to be in there for 2-3 weeks, but I guess being young and in good shape helped, yes i know, heart attack and in good shape shouldn't mix, but that's where genetics come into play. Everyone I interacted with was great, they kept me in line so I didn't try and do to much to quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The tv choices, I know it sounds silly, but when your only choice is to watch TV or be bored to death, a better selection of channels would have been great.
