  • This is the WORST MOVING COMPANY on the PLANETt!!!! They were 1.5 hours LATE for My Move and I had to keep calling them to finally get the trruck and the guys to show up for a time-sensitive move. I paid in full but then thought it only fair to request at least a $50 Refund. I got jerked around by several of the guys in the office and after two weeks NEVER received a penny of my money back. The only thing I did receive from the Branch Manager, ROBERT, was a whole lot of attitude and excuses about it being perfectly ok for them to be 1.5 hours late. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT THE FAMILY-FRIENDLY PLACE THEY PUT OUT ON THEIR PHONE MESSAGE. The One Redeeming Part of this ORDEAL is that their Movers MIKE and REGGIE are GREAT GUYS and VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. .Too Bad they don't RUN THE PLACE!
