  • IfI could give this company zero stars I would. They are super shady. I had termite treatment many years ago and agreed to purchase an annual protection plan. Recently, I received a statement wanting me to have an expensive retreatment. I asked to have an inspection and was told that would be $65.00. What good is the warrantee??? I then received a renewal notice several month early. After calling and being assured I would be called back nothing happened. Today, I called and was told I would not be grandfathered in for the inspection, which was included origionally in the agreement. I saw a truck yesterday that said free termite inspections. I was told this is only for new customers. Seriously?????
