  • Ashley Atencio was very helpful. I was referred to her by an apt complex I was interested in but the square footage available did not work for me considering it did not offer a washer/dryer in unit. I met Ashley on a call and walk in basis. She accepted a meeting with me within 10 mins of calling her. She listened to my needs, where I looked, what I liked. At the time I had no idea if I would end up on the east, or north Scottsdale because of a decision on a new job opportunity. She pointed me to two apt locations that I was extremely happy with and loved. They were perfect! However, I ended up being offered the Scottsdale opportunity. She referred me to her sister that specializes in north phx region once I said I needed to be as close to work as feasibly possible. Because of her care, I ended up with her sister finding me a home in 48 hrs with her same devotion & passion to her clients. Thank you for going above and beyond customer service, you looked out for me and did everything you could to make sure I was happy and in good hands.
