rev:text	OK where do I even begin?! I mean if I could give this place negative 5 stars I would!! And the rep named Janet at Advantage Car Rental located at the car rental area for the airport that referred us!! We got referred because after going to all of the car rental places, no one would rent to a local without a CC or they would BUT only with 2 utility bills and a credit check and a large security deposit! Seriously?!! Wtf?! Cause yeah I know lots of ppl that carry around their utility bills everywhere they go...wait...you don't?!!! Shocking! Smh! Anyways moving on...we call the guy "Hadi" and head over to Airport Car Rental located on Tropicana and Paradise. The place is in a old building that doesn't really have a legit address. We go into the place and meet the Hadi guy, he then starts clicking all kinds of things into his computer that we can clearly see...I see that he adds a GPS fee which added $40 more dollars to our bill. Then he tells us it's gonna be $200 more than the original price he said over the phone. Then tells us if we give him $100 in cash he'll cut the price down some. At this point I'm so frustrated I just give him the cash and then he writes on the receipt/post it that we gave him the cash. We then walk out and he gives us an older Toyota Camry which smelled like an ashtray...it was definitely a smokers car and was already giving me a headache. We went back inside to tell him I couldn't drive that car for 4 days because it smelled so bad. He now tries to give us a Yaris which is a way smaller car...it smelled somewhat better however the car was so tiny. I told him I shouldn't be charged as much as a bigger car. He explains he was actually giving us the compact car price but giving us a mid size. Which I believe was to be total bullshit...but after saying something he offers an old Corolla. None of these cars are new or semi new and they all have a stink to them. We take the Corolla and I said it still smells a little so he gives us Febreeze bathroom air freshener for the car...really?! And remember people I was charged a GPS fee for cars so old they do not have a GPS in them...we're lucky they had an aux output in them! So now we check the Corolla before we leave and the tire pressure sensor light was on...Hadi now says it's fine...just ignore it, they checked with the tire shop and they said it's fine...they can't turn it off...it just keeps going people I swear!! We survived our 4 day trip and made it back home...thank goodness! We go return the vehicle and the Hadi guy is there and he sends his employee to go check the car and miles apparently. He tells us we owe more money!! Yes! More money! Cause he "supposedly told us about the miles" (which he never did!! And said it was circled on the paperwork but when he looked down at the paperwork it was not circled and said oh it's circled on your papers! I call bullshit once again!) and that we only had 400 miles a day but we were under so the charge was $96 if we pay with a card BUT if we pay cash he'll charge us only $64...seriously wish I knew how he makes up theses prices! I also asked him why we were charged a GPS fee when there was absolutely no GPS in any of the cars...he said he added that cause it was easiest for him to add for the extra driver...SMH!!! We didn't have any cash on us so we asked where the closest Wells Fargo ATM was...he turns around and says there's a liquor store right there but I'm not sure if it's a Wells Fargo ATM. I looked at him crazy and said "REALLY?! Do you really think Wells Fargo would put an ATM in a liquor store?!!" He had no response. So we leave to get cash since he wants to charge us $31 more to use a card! We are gone for about 10-15 mins and come back...The door is locked. I ask the employee that checked the miles before if he's closed now. He said oh no...and tries to open the door. Hadi left and the employee has no keys. His keys are locked inside. He now pulls his pocket knife out to pick the door open and starts kicking the door repeatedly! Finally gets the door open. And then apologizes to us...we were in shock that this shit is actually happening! I wish I could make this shit up...but I can't! We now go in and the employee asked what else we needed. I said we left to get him cash, he knew we were coming back...he left? He said yeah he left! So he called him and said we were there. Hadi told him to just take the money..I said no I want a receipt! He calls him back and Hadi tells him to write it on a post it! Serious! He legitimately wrote it on a post it! This place is major sketch, a total rip off and I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM THEM! HUGE WARNING STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! Unless you want to get ripped off or want to rent an over priced cigarette infested vehicle with sensor lights on...so you're not sure if your trip will be safe or not! Good luck everybody else!!!
