  • Can't get a call back, has shown up multiple times without notice- stating we had made appts. They spray outside and leave a card on the door- we need an inside spray- not sure if they look at our account but that's all we have ever needed. I called to make an appt for a follow-up spray and they said we were already on the schedule- funny, because we both work full time and we wouldn't have been home at said "scheduled time." No one answers, they call back the number you called from and not the number you left on the voice mail. EVERY SINGLE time a tech comes out they 20 question us about what we need done, its the same every time. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do they not know what they are going into? Are there no notes on my acct? I'm changing companies.
