  • Normally, I don't write bad reviews, but I had an order to pick up and the address shown on the receipt was still the old address in Severance Cir. I called them and ask for the new address and the girl tells me that she doesn't know the address but that the store is the South Euclid. How incompetent is that! When I asked where they are located physically like cross street or what not, she said Warrensville center and no cross street. I hope she is the only incompetent one answering the phone else it doesn't bode well.
