  • I am a 1st time customer to Pink Dolphin Pool Care and have been corresponding with their staff over the last couple of months with various questions and inquiries. They really went above and beyond with assisting me when I was only in the process of shopping services, equipment, and (ultimately) a new pool care provider. When my old pool pump exploded, my wife & I knew we had put off getting a new one for too long. I went with the Pentair variable speed motor based on a variety of factors. Pink Dolphin was extremely comparable with their prices but ultimately what put them over the top from the competition was 1st class customer service before, during, and after the new pump was installed. There are periods where we will go a couple of years without needing any help with our pool and then situations where you need somebody on the fly that responds quickly, professionally and at a fair price. As far as I am concerned, Pink Dolphin Pool Care is my new go-to on all things pool related and I highly recommend trying them out for yourselves. A+++
