  • I give them 2 stars because they use a torque wrench to torque the lug nuts unlike many other shops. However, I was very unhappy to see a jack stand placed under and supported by a single wheel stud! When I pointed this out the service guy became aggressive, dismissive and condescending. I suggested he use the jack stand as intended. He didn't see a problem and suggested he continue doing the same... having worked in Automotive for many years I won't be returning.
