While I am not upping my ranking of this gym because of the poorly maintained equipment (a friend who is a member at this location has confirmed that it is still in various states of disrepair), I am updating my review to recognize the owner for doing what the staff at the gym should have done back in August. After reading my review, the owner reached out to me and offered to take a look at my account, verified the unused training sessions, and refunded their value to my credit card. I greatly appreciate it when a business takes action to do the right thing for their customers and wanted to make sure to acknowledge their actions publicly.
