| - I saw Bill Burr on 9/30/2017 I was in section 103 seats 25 and 24, so right on the isle. Bill Burr is hilarious and I would love to see him again and again. The theater itself is beautiful but two concerns I have are deal breakers: there was only one concession stand opened and the lines were long and it was show time so we were unable to get drinks and snacks. We passed the second concession stand and it was closed :( big bummer to have money in my wallet that I want to spend, be thirsty and would have bought a snack but it was closed, why would it be closed? Secondly, and the biggest bummer was during the show, while Bill Burr was doing his comedy, the ushers stood to my left along the side of the isle way and they talked to each other throughout the show I had to SHUSH them one time because I could not hear the act! I did not realize that my brother, who was with me, heard more of the staff talking then Bill Burr. My brother is quiet and not one to speak up, so he didn't mention it to me until after we left. Why are they talking? There were 4-5 of them clumped up standing there together. Really ruined the show, and for $102 per ticket, that should not have happened. My true belief is if you want to charge me for a 5 star ticket price then give me five star service. It was not great service tonight. Top it off with no parking at all. Since there was a concert at the arena next door, both parking garages were full Aria and Monte Carlo so the men blocking the garages said we had to park at Excalibur. Wow. We drove to Excalibur and parked and walked over to the Monte Carlo: parking $15.00 ugh.................... I will be avoiding this venue in the future it's too much trouble, too costly and not good service.
