rev:text	If I could give zero star I would!, I do NOT recommend you deal with Carmax Henderson, while they appear to be nice and friendly, just like any enterprise, they are looking to sell regardless of customer satisfaction. I repeat, regardless of customer satisfaction. This was the "loop-hole" excuse I received from the sales rep... I had placed a hold (definition apparently on website is false) on a car 1 week ago to be viewed Today. A few days earlier this week I requested a transfer out of state. However, I just found out that they sold the car to ANOTHER customer last night without my knowledge. The excuse i received from the sales-rep was that during the transfer processing, the hold on the car had to be canceled (unknown reason given, hmm i wonder why no reason was given) and re-initated for the transfer process to begin. During this split second, the car was sold by another sales person. Talk about a rehearsed legal way to create a loop-hole. Any common sense person knows this is just a ploy they use. I had been working with them all week and then they pull this creatively worded legal excuse... Not much I can do as at the end of the day, I did not receive what the company had written in writing on their website. I did not accept this excuse and it really is a legal loop-hole for them to just sell it to someone else. Once again, do NOT deal with Carmax Henderson as customer satisfaction is not their main focus even if they appear to be...
