  • Apllied for HeLOC, customer service was good. The drive by appraising or their appraisal system is horrible. They appraised the value of my home less then the conservative county accessor and 100K off from the conservative Zillow estimate its beyond ridiculous. Their rates are good but appraisal process is ridiculous, almost not meant to help you.
