  • Sorry, but I guess I will be one of the few dissenters of this popular wedding chapel. My wife and I wanted to renew our vows in Vegas with a group of 18 joining us. This seemed very affordable and well received by others so we went with it. The ceremony was very nice but it is after the ceremony that things get disappointing. They put my wife and I in a private room to look at the pictures and the entire time a young man was trying to upsell us on the photos and videos. We were there for over 30 minutes with this process while our guests were sitting and waiting for us to finish. After we were done we were handed two envelopes with suggested tip totals on the front...they were higher than I felt appropriate so left less. Sure they were not happy. I guess I was a bit naive going into this as I expected just a romantic and light moment with my wife and family...but the constant upselling left a bad taste in my mouth.
