Wow!!! Where do I begin. I started banking with One Nevada in 2011 . In the beginning I did not use them because I was used to dealing with tellers, but after meeting one of the bank reps Teresa Popp. I now do all of my business with One Nevada. First of all. All company's have issues from time to time but to me the way it is handled by the staff at that bank or credit union makes your experience good or bad . Teresa Popp made me feel like a VIP from the first day I went into her branch. I realized that personal service is something I had not received from the banks that I used to do business with. So far they have approved me for a car loan, personal loan and a line of credit. Processing went so smooth and the approvals came back so fast that I thought something would go wrong at the last min. But all loans closed within 24 to 48 hrs. Today I needed a letter from them and I emailed One Nevada and within 15 minutes I was called by one of the reps a corporate. I wish I could remember her name because she was very polite and friendly. She asked me what I needed the letter for, and within 10 minutes it was in my inbox. Now you tell me if your bank operates that fast. I know this may not be the case all the time but I believe the services will get better the more they get to know you. It is rare that big banks remember you by anything but a number because you always have to go thru there corporate office and they never get to know you.
