  • Although we did not use EZ Flow Plumbing, I spoke to Scott on the phone today about our leaky water heater. While they were booked for today (Saturday), he gave me great advise about how to handle the situation. Asked about the size and warranty. I found that I had about 3 years left on my warranty and he adivsed to contact the company. They are going to honor the warranty. No charge to me! Scott did what was right and, although he did not get my business, he has my loyalty as a person that does the right thing for his potential customers. 5 stars for being honest and helpful to a potential customer.
