  • This is by far the worst Bay location in Toronto. The customer service is appalling -any time I'm there, the staff is either too busy chatting to acknowledge your existence or look at you like you just crawled out of the trash if you dare ask them a question or for help. The store is really dated and desperately needs a facelift and they definitely don't have the same selection as other locations. Even though I live a few blocks away from Yonge and Bloor, I would way rather go to the Eaton Centre location where the employees are helpful and friendly, and there is significantly better choice in products.
