Why is it so hard to get customer service these days? I literally had to use my cell phone to call a cashier so that someone would help me with a purchase. Is no wonder so many customers are going the way of e-commerce and forgoing the battle of just trying to purchase an item from a brick and mortar store. When I wad finally helped by the young lady all I received was attitude and begrudgingly half assed service. And when I went to speak with the manager apparently I was not impetus t enough to speak to do I was heard out by another sales associate. These companies expect to keep customers with average prices but the service you receive now honestly in willing to pay more or the same to just shop online if this is how im going to be treated just for trying to purchase In store. Please do not shop here or at the pet smart on Stephanie they are both terrible!
