Worst place I've ever lived.
It's nothing more than a glorified weekly with a few nice people scattered here and there.
When another tenant threw eggs at my car, smashed my windshield, broke my pumpkin decoration, threatened my life, and the life of my dog, as well as the lives of two other neighboors around me, all management could say was "I think you two are FRIENDS!"
When I used these events as a reason to get a protection order, managment said, "How's THAT going to work? He's your neighbor! But I better not say anything, don't want to... HARASS you!"
When I told them about the car, and pumpkin, they said "Well did anyone SEE him do it?" I told them that my neighbor said he saw the event, and I gave managment his name and apartment number. They never contacted him.
This neighbor IS my friend.
The neighbor who did these things got TWO red cards from the police, and still the complex, even the corporate office said that was not enough.
The three of us being harased by this neighbor became friends. We had to help each other, put up cameras, text each other suspicious events, hide our cars every now and then, and call the police.
The police took us seriously and told us of his violent history, and even told the office of his violent history, and according to the officer, management said they had better things to do than listen to this. The officer was shocked.
The detective on my harassment case said in 15 years as a police investigator he has never seen anything like this neighbor, or anything in his LIFE like this office.
They care more about liability than tenant safety, move here if you want, but don't expect them to care if you die or not; don't even expect them to tell you how to use your wash card.
Maybe they won't even give you one unless someone tells you, and you will have to ask management for it.
They laughed at a tenant who asked how to use it, then walked away without telling them. I hate bullies, so I showed him how.
Oh yeah, and all those reviews about the one girl watching porn? That's true. I've seen it many times when I walked past.
They are going to tell you it's quiet DON'T LISTEN to them... I had a neighbor at the same time as this was going on that would play her music so loud I could hear and understand the words through the walls. I talked several times to her, and then several times to the office.
Managment said they would go over and talk to them, but they never did. Like I said, after the guy smashed my car and whatnot, my neighbor and I bought cameras.
I never once, in the three times managment told me they would go talk to them, did I see them go over there. Neither in person, nor on my camera. The issue was never resolved. I moved out because I was sick of it, and managment.
OH IT GETS BETTER
THEN managment tried to charge me for the full month even though I moved in on the 15th. They claimed to have miscalculated and I owed them hundreds more than I really did. I am STILL waiting for my refund.
Great place to live if you want to do drugs, harass your neighboors, blare your music untill the walls shake for hours at a time, and in general behave as if you are living in a weekly in the worst parts of Vegas, though!
So, in conclusion, ladies and gentlemen, I strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere.
