  • This is seriously one of my favorite places in Toronto, and I'm so glad there's one close to me. If you're afraid of people thinking you're shamelessly reading books in the store, no worries - you can barely walk from one shelf to the next without almost tripping over someone sitting on the floor engrossed in a book. Great place to drop by and flip through a magazine or check out that new book you just heard of (or if you're particularly ambitious, reading the entire thing). Nice air conditioning, floor to ceiling windows, a huge selection of books and a fairly quiet atmosphere make this an awesome place to spend a lazy Sunday.
