  • This is the first time I've been here and I'm very disappointed. Parts of my seats were not shampooed they were dry and untouched. They did a terrible job vacuuming. I still found crumbs and trash around the seats. Some areas were not wiped down and it was very obvious. I'm very disappointed to have spent more than $100 on a service that was their best service. I'm assuming because it was close to closing time is the reason why they half assed job to my car.
