  • Every time I would take my car to Camelback Hyundai there would be drama. One time they forgot about me in the lobby , never called, and had me sitting there for 3+ hours for an oil change. Once, I brought my car in to have a new tire put on, made the appt the day before,sat in the lobby for 2hrs before they realized they didn't even have the tire I needed!! MY POINT??? This would NEVER happen at Chapman Hyundai!! They go above and beyond! Their service team is exceptional! Jamie always takes care of me and she is so considerate and works around my schedule. She explains what service is needed and why and the prices associated with it (if theres ever any cost involved. All you Hyundai owners know how fantastic those warranties are on the brand new Hyundais! Best purchase of my life). Anyway, Jamie is very thorough and ensures you understand the work that is being done, and there's no pressure sales for extra work. Even though this location is out of my way (Bell and the 17. I live downtown) the service makes it worth it. I come here for everything my Hyundai needs. I have never seen an upset customer in the service waiting room either. You will % be taken care of here!! Make an appointment and find out for yourself!
