  • Looking for a pain doctor, These guys looked good. Put in an email request from their website for an appointment. Got a call from a woman asking for my insurance id number. She insisted that I was not giving her the right number as it had to start with a letter. I said we can straighten everything out at my appointment. At that point she insisted I need to be referred from a doctor. I informed her that my insurance does not require a reference. In a nasty voice she said I can call back when I have a reference. I did the research on the doctors and impressed. You can be the worlds best doctor, but if you have a foul nasty staff that scares your clients away why bother? Who knows if these guys are good or not, because obviously they have no control over their staff.
