  • Had an amazing breakfast at the Boulder Dam Hotel today!! The wait staff is awesome I always ask for Renee or Carlos. They have the cutest honey dispenser and teapots. Today's biscuits and gravy were killer the biscuits were fluffy and the gravy not overpowering, but not bland. I love the house potatoes with rosemary and my boyfriends pancakes were so fluffy. We can't find a better place for original style pancakes. It always surprises me when the fruit on your plate is actually delicious! I think they have a new cook he is the best!! The breakfast is also affordable; they have a 5.00 special which is great. Ok I know I sound like a commercial but it's great when you can start your day somewhere with a little history and yumminess. I do like the decor and wonder about all the people that have been eating in that dining room over all the years.
