  • Staying at this hotel is my only regret in Vegas. First of all is their hotel fee which is $14.55/room a night. That covers internet, parking, gym, pool, etc. Really! Doesn't that include in your rates already? Thay used to be a 2.5* hotel, and I don't know how did they become to a 3* hotel. Clearly they are not a 3* hotel period. They don't even have a business center in their hotel or a coffee maker in their rooms. The pool is so pathetic for a 3* hotel. What upset me the most is their management. The manager on duty was a black lady with an unhappy face. I should've taken a picture with her bitter face and post it here. She didn't seem to care too much about my complains and wasn't helping at all. So there was no hot water in my room, and the water is just a little warm. When I mentioned this to the lady manager, all she did was saying that she will look into it. Not recommended this hotel to my worst enemy.
