  • These guys are really amazing to work with. From the time they received our order from Home Depot to completing the install, we had nothing but a great experience! The office called and confirmed the order ensuring everything was what we were expecting. We received follow up calls as we got closer to the install date and we received a call the day before to let us know the approximate time the install team would arrive. We even got a call from the installation team when they were half an hour out from arriving. Enrique was the supervisor of the install team and did a fabulous job. Enrique and his team are all very hard workers and extremely conscientious and considerate of being in our home. Brian the Regional Customer Care Manager even came by during the installation to check in with us and his team - very nice touch. One thing that blows my mind was how accommodating this company was. We had worked for weeks with a local fitness company to relocate a gym that we had purchased from them years earlier. After many reschedules, we were left high and dry on moving the gym out of the room. I notified my contact at Western States and 'no problem - we will work it out' was the answer. Yes this company took care of all of that for us too. The quality of the installation work is top notch. There's no need to look anywhere else. These guys are the best at what they do and they won't disappoint you.
