  • I have been here one time before and it wasn't the greatest experience but I decided to give them another chance and let me just say this is the last time I'll be back. When I pulled up, I told the guy I just wanted the $25 wash. They always try to up sell everything even when you continue to say no over an over. Once I came out of the wash, I left my car with the guy and asked him to pay attention to the center console since there was soda on there. He said okay and told me it would be about 25 minutes so I went inside to sit down. I was on my phone when I first entered so I planned on ending my phone call before paying. I was inside the seating area for 30 seconds and the lady at the register kept screaming cars out that had not paid. I've only been inside for 30 seconds and I'm on the phone?!!!?! There was another lady in there with short blonde hair and I think her name started with an A? Well she was clearly on some kind of drug because she was running inside and outside screaming at other employees both inside and outside. Very unprofessional. Everyone was yelling and screaming and it felt totally chaotic. Other employees told her she was fired and go to her corner? (What???) My car was done in 15 minutes which I thought was fairly short given that my car wasn't that clean. When I inspected the car, the plastic part that goes around the rear view mirror was just sitting on my seat! I asked why it was broken and they said it wasn't and it took them another 10 minutes just to fix it???? And guess what their were still stains on the console. Overall I wouldn't waste your time and money here you're much better off going to a self service car wash and avoiding all the chaos from this place.
