  • You can debate PC vs. Mac until the end of time, but one thing you can't debate is the superior retail experience in the Apple store. As an IT Professional, I buy a great deal of equipment for clients, 90 percent of it PC. It is always a pain to stand in line at a PC store and wait for service and often answers that I don't always feel confident are correct. At the Apple store.. .all I have to do is make eye contact with a sales person and nod my head and they are there to help me. They do the invoice on the spot and I'm out the door. This is the best retail customer service I know of.
