I had a terrible experience at ceramics. For starters, they never have anything on their shelves. The place was dirty, and looked totally unprofessional. Not to mention the people working there didn't help my group at all. I had no idea what I could and couldn't use. The paint brushes were awful, and all the 'design' tools were just recycled kid stickers and sponge toys. There was hardly any selection from the paints, and their printing machine wasn't working. There was also a group of extremely rude older women there that practically bought out the entire store and then continually made rude comments to my group. The best part was, was the only worker there was helping them more than us! What really put the icing on the cake was that they told me they wouldn't put my name on the pottery pieces; they'd just throw it up on the shelf for me to come get after it was fired. So if someone comes in and takes your piece, well there goes all your hard work. One of the most unorganized, disrespectful, and appalling pottery places I've ever been to. No wonder they're going out of business.
