  • First off this facility is not affiliated with a Hilton. It is in a shopping center. Not a huge deal, however, the facility was dirty. The facial was good, but the robes are see through, while you're naked underneath. I was served a dirty water glass after my facial. I went in for my massage and there was dirty laundry in the corner of the tiny massage room overflowing out of the basket. The floor was gritty and there was no place to put my things, which had to be set on the floor. The sheets on the massage table were wrinkled and not nicely placed on the table. The massage was ok, however, I couldn't enjoy it much since I was put off by the dirty atmosphere. Additionally, I paid and booked for three services, to which I was told after I had my facial that there wasn't enough time for the body wrap and I could either cut my massage short or not do the body wrap. My experience was significantly better than my sister's who had the masseuse attempt to combine the process of the body wrap and massage in an effort to save time. But in attempting to do this the masseuse after pouring salt on her body for the wrap proceeded with the massage, which had the same effect as rubbing sand paper on her skin. She had to stop the massage part way through as it was too painful to continue. Do not buy the groupon!
